If you have used Facebook or Meta login to access our services and would like your data deleted, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to: neoliva.store@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: "User Data Deletion Request"
3. Include the email address used to log in

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
